These terms and conditions apply to all participants in Yousend’s Nigeria Launch Voucher Offer (the “Offer”). By participating, you agree to these terms. Yousend reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate  this offer at any time by publishing a notice on our platform , provided that such changes do not retroactively impact users who have already qualified for the reward.

1. DEFINITIONS

2. OFFER PERIOD

The Offer runs from June 2, 2026, to June 30, 2026 (inclusive), unless terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified earlier by Yousend, or until the first 1,000 qualifying customers have been reached.

3. ELIGIBILITY

• Open to Yousend customers aged 18 years and over.
• Participants must be resident in Nigeria and hold a Valid Yousend Account. 
• Participants must reach the Qualifying Threshold as set out in clause 4.
• Not eligible: employees, contractors and affiliates of Yousend and its group companies; and Yousend brand ambassadors, influencers and individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of Yousend.

4. HOW TO QUALIFY

• Reach a cumulative total of ₦1,000,000 or more in Qualifying Transactions during the Offer Period. Transactions may be made across one or more transfers.
• Only transactions completed during the Offer Period count toward the Qualifying Threshold.
• The Reward is limited to the first 1,000 customers to reach the Qualifying Threshold during the Offer Period.
• Maximum of one (1) Reward per customer, regardless of the number or value of transactions.
• You may require participants to retain and produce proof of qualifying transactions.

5. THE REWARD

• Each qualifying customer (within the first 1,000) receives one (1) ₦25,000 SureGifts voucher.
• The voucher is redeemable at participating SureGifts retailers including Shoprite, SPAR, Justrite and SLOT. [List of redemption options available https://www.suregifts.com.ng ]
• The voucher will be issued electronically to the contact details registered to the customer’s Valid Yousend Account within fourteen (14) business days  of the customer successfully hitting the qualifying threshold..
• The voucher is subject to SureGifts’ own terms, conditions and expiry period.

6. RESTRICTIONS

• The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• One Reward per customer and per Valid Yousend Account.
• Reward eligibility requires a Valid Yousend Account and full compliance with these terms.

7. FRAUD AND ABUSE

• Yousend reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Reward where a participant breaches these terms or the Yousend User Agreement, or engages in fraudulent, abusive or irregular behaviour.
• Qualifying Transactions must be genuine transfers. Circular transfers between linked accounts, or transactions later reversed or refunded, do not qualify.
• The Offer is void where prohibited and where any participant’s account or transactions are fraudulent, abusive or irregular.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yousend shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Offer.
• Yousend is not liable for delays or failures in Reward delivery caused by incorrect contact details provided by the user or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.  In the event of a systemic failure by the third-party voucher provider,Yousend will take reasonable steps to provide an alternative reward of equal value.

9. OTHER TERMS

• Yousend reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time by publishing a notice  on our platform, provided that such changes do not retroactively impact users who have already qualified for the rewards.
• Yousend reserves the right to verify qualifying transactions and request supporting documentation.
• This Offer cannot be combined with other Yousend promotions unless explicitly stated.
• By participating, customers consent to Yousend using their first name or username for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. GOVERNING LAW

For customers in Nigeria, this Offer is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to which both the customer and Yousend submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
